These terms apply to the MeAndYou app and website (the "Service"), operated by MeAndYou. By using the Service you agree to them.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract under Indian law.

2. Your account

You sign in with your mobile number and a one-time code. Keep your phone secure; you are responsible for activity on your account. Give accurate profile information.

3. Acceptable use

Do not: share nudity, sexual content involving anyone, or content involving minors; harass, threaten or discriminate; impersonate others; record or share other users without consent; spam, advertise or scam; or try to break, reverse-engineer or overload the Service. We may suspend or remove accounts that break these rules, without refund where the breach is serious.

4. Live video and content

Video calls are live between users. You are responsible for what you show and say. We may use reports and automated signals to keep the Service safe.

5. Paid plans

MeAndYou Plus plans are described on our Pricing page. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we do not store your card or UPI details. Refunds are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. Availability

We work to keep the Service running, but it is provided "as is" and may change or be interrupted. Matches depend on who is online.

7. Liability

To the extent allowed by law, MeAndYou is not liable for indirect losses or for the conduct of other users. Our total liability for paid plans is limited to the amount you paid in the last 3 months.

8. Changes and law

We may update these terms and will show the date above. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
